Atocha Adds Investor Relations
April 26, 2010 - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA – Atocha Resources Inc., (TSX.V – ATT), (the
Company) is pleased to announce that it has retained Ethos Consulting Inc. (“Ethos”) to provide
strategic marketing and corporate communications. Ethos will assist Atocha with opening productive
and continuous dialogue with private investors, analysts, brokers, money managers and other financial
professionals.
Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Ethos Consulting Inc. (www.ethosir.com) and its principals have
assisted numerous North American small-cap corporations gain coverage and recognition within the
global investment community. Ethos is owned by Mr. Dan Terrett, Mr. Nick Horsley and Mr. Kevin
Beaulieu, all of whom are investor relations professionals from Vancouver.
Under the renewable agreement, Ethos Consulting will receive a fee of $22,500 for an initial term of
three months and $7,500 per month thereafter, on a month-to-month basis. Ethos Consulting will
receive 150,000 incentive stock options at $0.15 cents that are exercisable for up to two years from the
date of issuance to purchase common shares of the Company. These options are subject to vesting
provisions of the TSX Venture Exchange. Ethos Consulting is at arm’s length to Atocha Resources Inc.
