DIRECTORS RE-ELECTED AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Atocha Resources Inc. completed its annual general meeting on Nov. 20, 2009, and all of the directors of the company were re-elected.

Shareholders were present in person or by proxy representing 26.81 per cent of the outstanding shares. All resolutions at the meeting were passed including the election of directors, auditors, and adoption of the amended and restated 2009 stock option plan. The company would like to thank all shareholders for their continued support.
