A. Salman Jamal, President

A. Salman Jamal is an expert in public/private company finance . Mr. Jamal has worked with several revenue-generating listed companies ranging from mining, oil and gas, technology and industrials.  Mr. Jamal has a background in Economics and was previously a director of a TSX Venture listed mining company currently in production with growing revenues.

J. T. Shearer, M.Sc., P.Geo

Jo Shearer has been involved in the exploration and production of numerous gold and industrial mineral properties in the western cordillera including Nevada and Archean gold in Timmins, Ontario and Northeast Manitoba over the last 35 years.  He was instrumental in the discovery, definition and permitting of the Monteith Silica Operation presently in production by Lehigh Cement. 

A graduate of UBC (Hon. B.Sc.) and the Royal School of Mines/Imperial College in London (M.Sc.), 1977.  Mr. Shearer currently supervises the PEM100 chalky geyserite quarry on Holberg Inlet, Northern Vancouver Island supplying the Seattle Plant of Ash Grove Cement.

He also discovered the Jeune Landing High grade Dolomite deposit near Port Alice and is the principal mining consultant for IG Machine and Fibers (IKO) at the Ashcroft Granule Plant.

Mr Shearer has extensive experience in the evaluation and petrology of various gold environments from Carlin-type in Nevada, Hot spring gold on the Queen Charlotte Islands, Motherlode-type bulk tonnage and veins in the Coquihalla Belt, skarn on Banks Island and Archean shear hosted gold in Timmins.

Mr. Shearer was exploration geologist and mine geologist at the underground Ladner Creek Gold Mine, in the Coquihalla Goldbelt, during production in the 1980s.

Marcy Kiesman, CMA

Marcy is a Certified Management Accountant with a varied work experience and has held accounting positions ranging from Controller of a multinational non for profit to the CFO of a TSX Venture listed company. Most recently, Mrs. Kiesman has taken on contract management accounting duties for both private and publicly listed companies.
